Counseling for Change
Hello! Let's face it! Life can get pretty complicated. You’ve experienced some pretty hard stuff. You're tired of being "strong", but "weak" isn’t an option either. You’ve had some wins and still feel stuck. Change of any kind can be hard and overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. No matter your struggles, you are welcome & celebrated here. My desire is for everyone to experience compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience along their healing journey.

-Diminish feelings of anxiety/depression
-Build self-esteem and confidence
-Discover strengths
-Uncover & break unhealthy mindsets
-Explore sexuality and gender identity
-Manage life transitions
